‘Fràgil’ is an urban installation made with tape on a fence, as a mural display. A geometric wallpaper that mimics the characteristics of the metallic wire and frames the view into the ancient factory buildings of Can Ricart, now abandoned, which were exceptionally open to the public to celebrate an urban art festival Barcelona. Literally showed the fragility of our architectural heritage and revived these spaces for citizenship, as it was one of the claims of this event and this work.
‘Fràgil’ és una instal·lació urbana realitzada amb cinta adhesiva sobre un filat, en format mural. Un tapís geomètric que es mimetitza amb les característiques d’un filat metàl·lic i enmarca la visualització del recinte fabril abandonat de Can Ricart, que fou excepcionalment obert al públic per a la celebració del festival d’art urbà ÚsBarcelona. Posar de manifest -literalment- la fragilitat del nostre patrimoni arquitectònic, i reactivar aquests espais per a la ciutadania, fou una de les reivindicacions d’aquest esdeveniment i d’aquesta obra.
