‘Ruïnes V’ (‘ruins’ in catalan language) is an ephemeral intervention in the streets of the city of Nantes, in northwestern France, superimposing paper on paper in order to hack the illegally installed advertising posters. The quick action uses a pack of standardized A4 sheets to deny the reading of the content. Through an abstract geometric grid, and the combination of color, the aim is to find a different scale of reading in the face of an overdose of advertising information, advertising and graphic display.
‘Ruïnes V’ és una intervenció efímera als carrers de la ciutat de Nantes, al nord-oest de França, superposant paper sobre paper per tal de hackejar els cartells publicitaris il·legalment instal·lats. L’acció ràpida utilitza un paquet de fulls estandaritzats de mida A4 per a negar la lectura del contingut. Mitjançant una quadrícula geomètrica abstracta, i la combinació de color, es pretén trobar una escala diferent de lectura davant una sobredosi d’informació publicitària, de reclam i d’exposició gràfica.
